Got bored this afternoon, so aswell as starting a FP1 past paper, I decided to graph the attainable rates from our FTTC modem (HG612) since I started logging them back in April.

This proved somewhat challenging for excel (~200k samples to graph) and was freezing for 5 minutes every time I resized the graph by a pixel... (Oh and using >1GB of RAM)

Anyway here is the result:

What's interesting is the minor cliff jump:

I'm assuming this is another VDSL2 line being installed, however this theory should be confirmed/killed on the 30th.
